The plating plant covers an area of 1,400 square meters of modern factory, equipped with one of the world's leading fully-automatic multi-process combination of plating production lines, equivalent to two, or even three ordinary lines. The plating process is mature and can easily cope with the plating needs of products up to 3.3 meters in length and 1.25 meters in width, and the monthly production capacity far exceeds the average level of the industry. Each process follows strict standards to ensure that each product carries our solemn commitment to quality.

We can provide nickel and chromium plating for copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other base materials, covering environmentally friendly trivalent chromium, hexavalent chromium (bright chromium), brushed nickel plating, brushed chromium plating, polished bright chrome plating, matte chrome, matte nickel and other rich processes to meet your diverse needs.
We have employed more than 10 electroplating engineers with strong technical force who have been in the industry for more than 15 years, as well as more than 50 senior professional technicians and skilled workers with rich experience in electroplating. They can design exclusive plating programs according to the specific needs of customers and provide professional surface treatment technology consulting to protect your products.

The factory not only has advanced production equipment, but also has a well-functioning laboratory, equipped with original imported film thickness tester, salt spray machine, strength tester and other advanced testing equipment, from the source to the finished product, all-round strict testing to ensure that each piece of product is excellent quality, product qualification rate is always maintained at more than 99%.
